Ordering Process for Invitations
- Once you have selected your invitation style you may place your order by calling us at 626.792.4714
- You will provide us with the following information:
1. invite style
2. specifics such as paper color, ribbon color, ink color etc...
3. shipping & billing info
- A VISA or MC # is required to begin your order. The FULL amount of your order will be charged at the time you give us your approval to print.
- If you decided AFTER you have received a proof not to proceed with your order, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $250.00 will be charged.
- Your complete invitation text must be emailed to info@bellaterra.net
- After receiving your text via email a PDF proof will be sent to within 48 hours.
- At this time you are welcome to make changes.
- the first round of changes is NO CHARGE
- each additional round of changes needed will be charged at $7.00 per proof
- Once you approve the final proof, we are ready to print.
- Printing and assembly will take about 2-3 weeks.
- Your Wedding invitations are ready to ship! Shipping time is 3 business days by FEDEX AIR.
PROOFREADING YOUR INVITATIONS
Remember to proofread your invitation text. It is a good idea to have several other people read over the text making sure everything is correct, such as time, date, place, and of course spelling. BellaTerra is NOT responsible for these types of errors.
Unfortunately, if you find such errors after your project has been printed, we can not offer a refund and we do have to charge for reprinting. We certainly do not want this to happen, so we encourage you to proofread and proofread again.
