International Shipping
. You are welcome to have items shipped anywhere in the US.
. We are very sorry but at this time we cannot ship overseas.
Production time for Favors
. All assembled favors are individually made for you. Please allow between 3-5 weeks for delivery.
. Items such as custom made labels and favor kits will ship between 3-5 days.
. Items in our packaging section such as empty boxes and ribbon are available to ship the next day.
. Favors should be ordered 8-10 weeks before the wedding date
Production time for Invitations
. All invitations are designed with the individual bride in mind. Because of this each invitation design will go through it's own design stage and then followed by the printing and assembly stage. The entire process can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks, including shipping time.
. Invitations should be ordered 12-15 weeks before the wedding date
Shipping method
. All of our packages are shipped by FEDEX. You can select between ground, overnight, 2-day, or express saver (3-day).
. Bellaterra is located in CA. If you live outside of CA Ground Shipping can take up to 4-7 business days for delivery. If you feel you need your package in a rush please select a different shipping method.
. When ordering perishable items in warm months you MUST select to have your items shipped overnight or by 2-day air. Bellaterra is not responsible for the arrival condition of edible items due to an inaccurate shipping method. BellaTerra does include cold packs between March and October for extra protection.
. If you are ordering a perishable item in warm months you MUST also ship to a location where someone can bring the package in from the heat. Bellaterra is not responsible for the arrival condition of edible items due to an inaccurate shipping address.
. At this time we DO NOT ship overseas or to Canada.
Product Freshness
. All edible items can be stored in a cool dark spot for up to 12 months. Do not refrigerate.
. Our wildflower seeds mixture should be planted within two years. Plant after the first frost.
Labels
. BellaTerra is truly a custom company trying to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Most labels can be interchanged between favors.
. Yes, custom quotes can be printed.
. Yes, custom label sizes can be made on most items.
Samples
. Because BellaTerra is an online store only we make a special effort to provide samples.
. Favor samples are provided at $15.00 for any 3 items. You may indicate the colors you what to see them in.
. Invitation samples are provided at $15.00 for 2 items. We make every effort to provide invitation samples in the colors you select. However, since invitations are usually preprinted this is not always possible.
. Letterpress invitation samples will come in the colors we have available. Please understand that Letterpress samples have all been preprinted and it is impossible to print ONE sample in specific colors.

. Due to the fact that we are always trying to improve and develop new products, we do not offer a full print catalog.
. The best way to see all our most current items is on our website.
Location
. BellaTerra is an online store only, at this time we do not have a retail location.
. BellaTerra's main office is located in CA, however pickup and drop off is not an option. All items must be shipped.
Refunds
. All favors are custom made for you and are nonrefundable. All sales are final.
. Due to the fact that we do not accept refunds, please take the time to order a sample to be sure the item is perfect for your event.
